How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to request the complete deletion of your data from Fan Ops, please contact our support team:
What Information to Include
When submitting your data deletion request, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Fan Ops account
- Your Instagram account username (if applicable)
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
What Happens Next
Once we receive your data deletion request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure we're deleting the correct data
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours
- Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days
- You will receive a final confirmation once the deletion is complete
Important Note
Please note that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Any active automations, saved contacts, and analytics data will be permanently removed. If you wish to continue using Fan Ops in the future, you will need to create a new account.
